Story

Hi all.

I have had to make some changes. To the swim. Not only for me but my family. I will not swim daily I will do 30 miles I will keep my diary

I'm sorry for mucking you all around.

A few years ago I was diagnosed with psoratic arthritis. A condition where your health cells attack themselves, and instead of skin growing every 28 days. It grows every 4 days.

There are days where the pain in my hips is so bad. I could easily not carry. Yet too many people see your skin. Completely unaware of the other complications and very serious risks to our health.

The Psoriasis Association have been amazing. The support they have given me and to the millions of people like.

If you can sponsor me 2p or £2 . It would make me so very happy.

Thanks a million for reading this

Much love

Siobhan
