I’m participating in a 5k walk to honour the memory of my nanny.

Since she died, the staff at St. Clare’s Hospice Bereavement Café have helped me so much. I go there every fortnight and we do lots of games, crafts and talking about the people we loved that have died.

Any contribution, big or small, would mean so much and help keep her memory alive by supporting a cause close to our hearts.
