London Marathon 2025

London Marathon 2025 · 27 April 2025 ·
UPDATE: I've increased my target to reflect the economic cost of mental health in England. Which is estimated at £118 billion a year, or about £1,800 per person.
Mental health affects how we think, feel, and live our lives. It shapes our relationships, our decisions, and how we cope with challenges. When we take care of it, everything else improves — from our physical health to our ability to connect with others. When we get support, we heal and grow - that’s why talking, listening, and showing up for each other really matters.
Having witnessed the impact of mental health struggles — both in my own life and in the lives of people I care deeply for — I’ve chosen to fundraise for Mind. Their work aligns closely with my values and reflects what truly matters to me.
In April 2025, I ran the Brighton Marathon — and just three weeks later, I’ll be running the London Marathon. Two marathons. One cause
Your support — whether through donations, raising awareness, or simply sharing this story — will not only keep me going through the darkest miles, but also help Mind continue their invaluable work.
