Hello,

My name is Simran Cheema, I am currently a year 12 student at Littleover Community School doing my A Levels. I am fundraising for a volunteering event in July 2024, where I will be travelling to Sri Lanka to support areas in Sports & Education Development and Marine & Wildlife Conservation. 

The Sports & Educational development will be working closely with the Sri Lankan school syllabus and providing a unique experience at local schools – helping develop key skills such as speaking, reading and comprehension. One main aim is being able to unlock the potential of disadvantaged children through funding equipment and facilitates and harness the children’s love for sports and education. 

The Marine & Wildlife Program combines several hands-on projects that aim to rehabilitate indigenous and support environmental conservation.
