I am aiming to walk at least the 2863km that it is from Hobbiton to Mordor and along the way raise £1 for every km. The stretch goal aim is to do full There and Back Again, and make it all the way home to Hobbiton. As this is a cumulative challenge I would understand if people wanted to hold off on donating until they see results. So I will be posting at least one update a month with my progress. These are the targets,

Year = 2863km (TaBA = 5478km)

Month = 238.6km (TaBA = 456.5km)

Week = 55.06km (TaBA = 105.4km)

Day = 7.85km (TaBA = 15km)

MSF/DWB are a phenomenal organisation and they have been especially in need in recent times. They work wherever they are needed and their work in Gaza has been fraught and dangerous. Yet they have continued to do it, even when it means losing their own lives. Dr Mahmoud Abu Nujaila and Dr Ahmad Al Sahar, as well as a third doctor, Ziad Al-Tatari, were killed during a strike on Al-Awda – one of the hospitals in northern Gaza.
