Story

So, after years of talking about running the London Marathon and the annual photo of me being posted with Moggy’s finishers medal, the time has finally arrived! I am extremely excited to be running the London Marathon on Sunday 21 April 2024.

I am running for the Mental Health Foundation, the Charity for everyone’s mental health. It’s a cause that is extremely close to my heart, having had a number of close friends and colleagues struggle with mental health issues and seen the devastating effects it can have.

I am running this year to raise as much money as I can to honour their memory and to do my bit for future prevention. So I am hugely appreciative of any donations (big or small).

The Mental Health Foundation believe no-one living in the UK should be deprived of the opportunity for good mental health because of who they are, the community they come from or where they live. We’re developing better ways to support good mental health in every community.
