My wife and I will be abseiling off the Maternity block of Ipswich hospital to raise money for the Colchester & Ipswich hospitals Charity.

It's 135 feet high, but every foot will count towards fundraising for Colchester & Ipswich Hospitals Charity. They are the official NHS charity of East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust.

I'm helping to take care of patients and staff at my local hospitals and healthcare centres. They provide those extras that go above and beyond what the NHS can provide, and which make such a difference to happiness and healing.
