With 1 in 4 people experiencing a mental health problem, Xpand is helping Mind in Bradford raise awareness of the importance of mental health and ensure nobody struggles alone. Mind in Bradford provides mental health and wellbeing support in our local areas of Bradford, Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven.

We will be attempting to cover a collective 600 Miles in the month of September.
