Story

We start our cycle on 7th September at Land’s End, and we aim to finish 20 days later at John o' Groats

1,600 kilometres (1,008 miles) - which includes 20,000 metres of climbing.

In case you were wondering - yes, close to 1 million turns of the bicycle pedal!

Oh, and I am nigh on 67 and Liz, my wife is close to 65…..

We would be eternally grateful if you choose to support us.

Mind Over Mountains is an ambitious and innovative mental health charity that enables people to thrive through therapeutic outdoor experiences.

We enable people to restore and sustain their mental health and wellbeing through a highly integrated practice that brings together walking in nature, mindfulness, and professional coaching and counselling.

With your help we can move mountains!
