We provide life-saving treatment to men in suicidal crisis.

Story

At James' Place, our mission is to stop men dying by suicide. Yet, in the UK suicide is still the single leading cause of death of men under 50. We believe that no man should face a suicidal crisis alone. James' Place provides free, professional therapy for men in suicidal crisis to help them find hope for the future.

My son Edward (pictured) was a talented and intelligent young man. He was very well read and interesting, a qualified skiing instructor and HGV license holder obtained just before University and a private pilot's license to his credit. He had everything to live for but tragically took his own life on 10th December 2023 having just landed an amazing job with one of the world's leading quantitative hedge funds based in London.

I am determined to do all I possibly can to help save young men's lives by supporting the phenomenal work of James' Place in helping young men to overcome their problems through timely and appropriate intervention with professional counselling and support. Please help to support young men like Edward to save further unnecessary tragedies for families by joining me in this wonderful work of a professional caring team at James' Place.
