Stick n Step is a local charity based in Wallasey and Runcorn that specialises in therapy for children with Cerebral Palsy. We benefit from this personally as our Daughter receives treatment from this amazing place.

So for this challenge I am commited to running 5k every day for 50 days. So that's only 250km I hear you say. Yes but each day I am hoping to have someone run with me virtually to help share the challenge. You can be a seasoned athlete or someone seeking inspiration to get started.
