As I am sure you will be aware we lost Andrew to pancreatic cancer on the 2nd of August. It only took 105 days from diagnosis to the end and we have been all been incredibly shocked about how quickly the disease progressed. Unfortunately this case is not unusual. Pancreatic Cancer UK states that more than half of people diagnosed with pancreatic die within 3 months. Survival rates have improved enormously for most cancers, yet for pancreatic cancer this is not the case.

We think it fitting therefore, in Dad's memory, to ask for donations for Pancreatic Cancer UK. They are supporting people with pancreatic cancer now, campaigning, and funding vital research to transform the future for pancreatic cancer diagnosis and treatment. We would appreciate any donation at all; big or small.
