This year in July I pass a big milestone, my 50th Birthday!

To mark the event i decided to complete a long distance cycle ride with the help of some cycling buddies and my family.

It is also happening in the same year as my dear Mum passed away from Dementia after suffering for a number years with this debilitating disease.

It therefore seemed like a good idea to use the event as a fundraiser for Research into Alzheimer's.

If all goes well I will be completing a 500 Mile cycle ride over a 7 day period from my parents home in Kent to my home near Burnley.

I hope that people are able to support me in this endeavor.
