My running has been a bit stop-start this year, with injuries and a lack of motivation seeing my fitness levels dwindle. In fact, it is almost a year since I ran 10k, and as I get older it becomes harder and harder to get back to being able to run one.

That is why i have decided to run the London Winter Run 10k in February 2024.

As with previous years i will be running this event and hoping to raise money for Cancer Research UK.

We are all touched by cancer at some point, either directly and indirectly, and I hope that through my running efforts I am able to raise money for this amazing charity.

And so, as I enter my 12th year of running, I am once again asking that you sponsor me for my run.
