Story
I’m very pleased to announce that I will be racing the 2024 Dragons Back Race for Dallaglio RugbyWorks and Greenhouse Sports.
The Dragons Back is a multi day running race across the mountains of Wales from North Wales to South Wales. The race is 380Km with 17,400 metres of ascent making it the toughest mountain race in the world.

About Dallaglio RugbyWorks
On average, 160 young people are excluded from school each week. Exclusion, added to the current cost of living crisis, disproportionately affects the most disadvantaged, stripping young people of key development opportunities .Dallaglio RugbyWorks exists to change this. Our coaches lead small groups of 8-10 young people, using sport as a hook and mentorship as an anchor to develop their soft skills, as well as improve their physical & mental wellbeing. This, coupled with exposure to the work place through Career Taster Days, raises their aspirations and puts young people in a better position to enter sustained education, employment or training (EET) when they leave school.
