Pushing my boundaries to support Sense.

Box Hill Super Climb · 22 September 2024 ·
I'm taking on the Box Hill Super Climb with Sense. I'll be pushing myself to climb the iconic Box Hill Zig Zag Road as many times as possible in one day, in support of the charity Sense.
As you know I love my cycling but some of you might be surprised that I enjoy the challenge of a good, tough hill climb. I’m relishing the thought of having a crack at this event on 22nd September as I’ve always fancied a continuous hill climb with little rest between each accent. The fact I’m raising some much needed funds for a good cause for young people & their families who face a challenge everyday of their lives. So me pushing & hurting myself for 1 day is little sacrifice to the constant battles they face.
Sense is a national Charity that supports people who are deafblind and those with complex disabilities, to be understood, connected and valued. They are there for every person who faces communication barriers in a world that relies on being able to see and hear well to be connected. Together we can unlock barriers to communication, so no one is isolated, left out or unable to fulfil their potential.
