Can you help Contact Hostel to provide everything a good parent should to girls in need?

Since 1970 they have been providing a safe home when it is needed most. Manchester has some of the highest levels of youth homelessness in the country, they help their residents to build a better future for themselves to ensure a route out of homelessness.

This May, I am planing to complete 100km throughout the month. Most of this will be done through swimming although I will probably also do some walking to make up the full distance.
