Legend on the Bench is a charity dedicated to combat mental health problems and prevent suicide by providing accessible resources and emotional support to individuals in need.

Their suicide prevention benches are designed to be far more than mere seating in parks and public spaces. They symbolise hope and understanding and encourage individuals to reflect or reach out for support.

Judy and I have only recently found out about this new charity and have been moved by their simple aim. Their benches feature a QR code link to their website, along with phone numbers that can direct those facing mental health problems to easily contact professional support groups.
