50 kilometers walk in Shropshire Hills
We fund vital research into breast cancer to increase survival after diagnosis

Story

This year I turned 50! I had lots of fun things planned for the year, but about a week after my birthday I got diagnosed with breast cancer. Suddenly it wasn't so much fun! The world stopped for a while but then I decided that life just needs to carry on as normal and I will keep doing most of the things I wanted to do, despite not being quite 100%. I've had the surgery and the treatment and I feel well enough to do a 50km walk in Shropshire Hills. This would be over 2 days and include some pubs !!! :) All my friends have been pretty amazing and supportive and I am hoping many of them will come and join me, have fun along the way, but also raise some money for breast cancer research and all the necessary support that comes with it xxx
