Hope for human rights this Christmas

We can all experience mental health problems and we all know friends and family that have.
This Christmas I am asking my friends and family to donate to our campaign and bring hope for human rights.
The small NGO that I work for - Jaya Mental Health, is a nurse-led organisation setting up sustainable, free mental health care for vulnerable people experiencing mental health issues who have no support.
The stigma that surrounds mental ill health often prevents people from seeking help and leads to people being caged or chained and outcast from their communities.
Jaya focuses on changing the perception of mental health so that everyone is treated humanely and included in daily community life.
We all have the human right to be protected from abuse, exploitation, and inhumane treatment.
Together we can stop stigma impacting the human rights of vulnerable people experiencing mental illness this Christmas.
Your donation will help train community health workers in the best ways to support and protect victims of abuse and raise awareness to change the perception of mental health in Nepal.
Thank you!
