I feel incredibly privileged to be running the Cardiff Half Marathon to raise money for Alzheimer’s Research UK - through Slimming World's own charity SMILES.

I’ll be running in memory of my wonderful Grandad, Edwin Bartram whose fighting spirit and determination will help me over the finish line and for many other families who’s lives have been devastated by this cruel disease.
