Story

Sian Seaney is undertaking a personal challenge in memory of much loved, late family and close friends.

Sian will be swimming a half marathon (13.1 miles) over the course of a week, starting on Monday 22nd May 2023 until Saturday 27th May 2023 at the Manor House Leisure Centre, with all donations going to the Marie Curie Fundraising Group in Fermanagh.

Marie Curie nurses are beacons of hope for people living with a terminal illness and their families. Now more than ever Marie Curie Nurses and frontline staff are needed to provide vital care, expertise and compassion to terminally ill people and their families, in their homes and in hospices.

The Fermanagh Fundraising group donates their time and energy to organising local events and activities and supporting efforts to raise money to help Marie Curie to continue caring for people with terminal illnesses and their families.

Sian’s personal challenge and your generous donation will mean that someone can receive expert care and support in the comfort of their own home, surrounded by their memories and loved ones.
