On Saturday 2nd September, I will take part in Albania Overboard 2023 to embark on my first open-water swim (yikes!!). Starting in Albania and swimming across the channel to Corfu, the organised swim raises awareness and funds for The Ionian Environment Foundation.

This year, four local charities across education, protection and sustainability of the marine environment will be supported, in addition to The Smile of A Child (further details in the link below).

Swimming as part of a team with Daisy, Harriet and Shockie, we want to give as much as we can back to the local environment. Any donations would be hugely appreciated:
