Story
We want to raise £1000 to provide exercise and leisure equipment to service users at our Beech step down service.
We are dedicated to supporting the wellbeing of people who use our services, by helping and encouraging them to take part in meaningful activity.
The money we raise will be used to create a supportive wellbeing space for service users at Beech, where they can make use of things like an exercise bike, a rowing machine or a games console.
Charathon
On Friday 20 December, nurses, housekeepers, occupational therapists, administrators and many more of our staff members will be coming together to run or wheel a collective marathon around the Michael Carlisle Centre.
We are asking 42 people to take the time out of their incredibly busy working days to run a wintery 1km lap around the streets by the site, to collectively complete the full distance.
Please donate to our cause and help support the care of people using mental health services in Sheffield.
Any donation will be gratefully received, whether you contribute to a whole bike or just one link of a chain – you’ll be helping to build a space which is really important and supportive to the recovery of people in our care.
