Show Racism The Red Card is an anti-racism educational charity. We aim to combat racism through enabling role models, who are predominately but not exclusively footballers, to present an anti-racist message to young people and others.

Show your support for showing racism the red card and have some fun with your team at your next training session.

During October, to Show Racism the Red Card is running a competition where one team to win a bag of football by showcasing their skills.

All you need to do is hit the crossbar, film it, and share the video on social media while tagging @theredcardwales. The distance can be as close or as far away as you like.

In the video if possible we would like to be, hold up your cards and encourage your supporters to make a donation to help tackle racism in sports and society.

Each team that takes part in the challenge and shares their pledge to tackle racism in sports and society on social media will be entered into the prize draw.

We are asking that each player who takes part in the challenge makes a £1 donation to SRtRC, all donations will support Show Racism the Red Card to tackle racism in football and society
