I am raising money for Amnesty International UK by taking part in the Dash to Dubrovnik with Loughborough Rag. I'll be driving over 2000-miles through 12 countries over 8-days finishing up in Dubrovnik and I'll be doing this in a car worth no more than £500. Amnesty International UK work on a wide range of issues including women's rights, refugee rights, the human rights impact of climate change and in support of individuals whose rights have been violated.

Amnesty International have helped numerous innocent people including Nadia Murad. A Yazidi survivor of sexual slavery at the hands of ISIS, Amnesty International advocated for her and other survivors. Nadia later became a prominent human rights activist, even winning the Nobel Peace Prize in 2018.
