100 Miles in October · 1 October 2023 to 31 October 2023 ·

Your challenge is to walk, jog or run 100 miles in October. You can spread it across the month any way you like. How about walking to or from work? Or adding an extra few miles on an autumn walk in the countryside?

Story

Hi Everyone,

You may know that Agith and I had a beautiful baby boy this June named Reiyaan. It came as a shock to find out in the first 2 weeks of him being born that he is deaf.

We've had immense support from everyone around us, and we've needed to educate ourselves on this journey. This is where The National Deaf Children's Society (NDCS) have come in, with resources, online sessions and blogs from parents or children who have a hearing impairment.

The tools that we've been able to access has made the process so much easier and I would like to help raise money for their charity. I'll be trying to walk/cycle 100 Miles in October (I know for some of you this is literally what you do on a Sunday, but it is a real challenge for me 🙈)

If you could donate we would be most grateful.

Take care and Thank you from,

Shiny, Agith, Myyon & Reiyaan
