Welcome to the TEAM PAT fundraising page! This year we are participating once again in Hike for Hospice Calgary on May 5th, 2024.

Team Pat has been part of the Hike for Hospice since the very beginning. Made up of her various family members, we hike in honour of Pat McFarlane, who passed away in October 2000 at Rosedale Hospice after a 5 year battle with cancer. She was just 40 and left behind her husband, Steve, and her 5 kids (Curt, Topher, Aimee, Craig & Dan). Her sisters, nieces & nephews, her husband, kids & their partners (who she sadly never got to meet), along with her grandkids (who she also never got to meet) continue to honour her.

Every dollar donated will go towards ensuring Hospice Calgary’s programs and services are available for those that need them most.
