Elf Day is here! On 6th December 2023, people across the UK will dress up as elves to raise money and awareness for the Alzheimer's Society.

This December will be 10 years since I lost my Dad who had suffered with dementia for six years.

The work being done today could help to slow down and one day stop this cruel disease and prevent many people from suffering.
