I’m doing this in honour of my husband Den and my beautiful daughter Lucy who sadly died from bowel cancer in 2017. I joined Active April few years ago to help raise money for Bowel Cancer in the hope no one else would lose their dearest family from this dreadful disease. At the moment now I have been diagnosed with Osteoporosis and have two terrible knees but I’m am determined to carry on and do my Active April for as many years as I can. So once again I’m now in training ready for April 1st . A very big Thank You to all of those that have donated so far and for those that will in the future.
