I’ve decided to use the three personal challenges I’m setting myself this year to raise some cash and support for mental health.
On a personal note, challenges are also in memory of a very dear friend who died last year after heart surgery complications. My friend was a great advocate for mental health and is missed so very much.

* Challenge One…
I’m kicking off with a Duathlon 😬on 16th April. This is a 5K run, 20K cycle, followed by another 5K run. 🏃♀️🚴♀️🏃♀️
Challenge Two…
Come September, I will be taking part in the Great North Run. 🏃♀️😅
Challenge Three…
Last, but not least, I will enter The Dirt Half Marathon in November. 🍂 🏃♀️
