Story
Staff and volunteers are going to be sleeping outside with some of our sheep on Saturday 26th August - a SheepOver: a sleepover with the sheep!
To make things more challenging, participants will not be allowed tents or any comforts other than a sleeping bag. This means no protection from insect bites or the elements. Or darkness and scary animal sounds!
For participants' safety, we will only be sleeping in certain paddocks with certain groups of sheep (the main sheep flock live in our main fields with cows and horses and this would be too risky if these large animals are running through the fields in the night)
We will also not be sleeping in the same paddocks as our blind sheep as we don't want to cause them any distress in the night if they don't realise we're there and walk into us.
The target for this fundraiser is £800, which is just one day's running costs - any donation, no matter how big or small is greatly appreciated!
