We, the Shearwater Spinsters, are gearing up to swim for 12 hours in June at the Lido! It’s going to be a test of endurance, teamwork, and shear determination. But most importantly, we are planning to have a blast because gulls just wanna fun.

They say that the real challenge will come in those cold, 2 AM swims when all we want is sleep, but hey we are nocturnal birds, so that's not phasing us! As Shearwater Spinsters, we are a sociable bunch and we will have each other's backs, be it at 7pm or 5am. No matter what, we will wing it!

The Lido is our happy place, so we are incredibly excited to be raising money for Level Water, an incredible charity that provides 1-to-1 swimming lessons for children with disabilities. With your support, these kids might one day join us in this very event, swimming as well as any seabirds alongside their friends and family.

Every £15 funds a life-changing lesson. When we reach our target, we would have funded more than 30 life changing lessons!
