I am very excited to be training for my first half marathon - albeit also somewhat apprehensive!!

After my serious cycling accident in May this year, I was worried that my training days would be reduced, but I was determined to get back to fighting fit as soon as possible.

Currently, I am well on my way through a 3 month training program, which now involves training 6 days a week!
