Story

Hello! On Sunday 17th September I will walking the 21mile Edinburgh Kiltwalk for Edinburgh Food Project (EFP).

The EFP provide emergency food supplies and support to people in crisis.

Over the 18 months I have worked as a volunteer at a local food bank I have seen the demand for their services increase enormously. The people seeking assistance has doubled from 2022 to 2023.

Between January and July 2023 EFP have given out 12,782 food parcels, 3,632 of these were for children.

This is already more than the 10,187 food parcels which were given during the whole of 2022.

I would be so grateful if you could make a donation which will go to providing emergency food and advice to people when they need it the most.

Thank you!
