On Sunday, April 6th, I’ll be hitting the streets again, taking part in the London Landmark Half Marathon as part of Team ARUK. Why am I doing this again… Well, it’s not just for another medal; I’m running to support Alzheimer’s Research UK in their mission to find ways to prevent, treat, and hopefully one day cure this disease.

This is a cause which is personal to me. Over the years, I’ve lost both my Nan and Aunt to Alzheimer’s. I’ve witnessed firsthand the impact it can have on families, and I know many friends and colleagues who have faced similar experiences. So, on April 6th, I'll be running in memory of all those who’ve fought and lost their battle with this disease.

Training has been tough, and my feet certainly aren’t thrilled with the long runs I’ve been putting them through! But every mile is worth it if it helps raise even a single penny for this important cause.
