I'm raising money for The Alsama Project an incredible charity that works to educate refugees in Lebanon. Some of their most incredible statistics are the fact that they eradicate innumeracy and illiteracy within 5 months of students joining their education centres. They also provide an education to young women and in doing so provide them with autonomy and also prevent child marriages too!

They also have amazing projects such as the G12++ - a pre-university qualification that is being developed to allow refugees around the world to prove their educational attainment. The hope is that refugees will be able to enter university with this qualification! It is a one of a kind project that the world is sorely in need of.

They also provide employment opportunities to both their students (with their cricket coaching, and the Alsama Language School) and the mothers of students (with the Alsama Studio).

I cannot think of a more deserving charity than The Alsama Project! So please donate to help me raise enough to reach my goal of £1000!!
