Story

My Story:

For more than 70 years, the Leonard Cheshire Disability Charity have been supporting disabled people. In the UK and around the world, they work with partners to open doors to opportunity. Whilst also working hard to break down barriers that deny disabled people their basic rights.

I am not a very keen runner or have been into keeping fit so this is a huge challenge for me, giving me perspective whilst raising money to help those less fortunate. Everyday tasks we undertake are often taken for granted but for those with disabilities they can be a struggle.

My training is well underway and I will post updates along my journey.

I would really appreciate any support or sponsorship you can give me- every little helps and “leading by example, we can all do everything humanly possible to empower people to live their lives as freely and as fully as they chose”
