The people of Shaam (Greater Syria) are particularly dear to the Prophet ﷺ and he used to pray for this blessed land. Yet today, the region is suffering from years of conflict and displacement. The crisis can be clearly seen in Lebanon, which has welcomed refugees from Palestine and Syria for many years, despite suffering from the impact of war and economic crisis itself.

They are impoverished families who have nowhere to turn or refugees who have left everything behind to survive. Therefore, we have decided to distribute your Zakat and Sadaqah on the ground during Ramadan.
