Brace yourselves for a laugh because on 3rd August, I will be abseiling down the towering Forum in Norwich – all for the incredible local charity, Nansa.

Nansa is all about empowering individuals with disabilities to live independent and fulfilling lives. They work tirelessly to ensure everyone has the same opportunities, which is why my wonderful wife, who works for Nansa, didn’t hesitate to volunteer me for this vertigo-inducing event. Thanks, darling!

The Forum stands at a knee-trembling 23 meters tall. For those who know me, you’ll be aware that I’m not exactly a giant. In fact, it would take about 15 Shams stacked head to toe to reach the top of The Forum!

Here’s the kicker: I am not the best with heights! There's a good chance I might chicken out when I get to the top, but that’s where you come in. I need your support – morally, physically, and most importantly, financially!
