SGD are supporting Coventry & Warwickshire Mind as our charity of the year during 2023 and 2024. By raising money for them, we'll enable them to help more people with mental health problems get the support they need and the respect they deserve.

For 2023 our team have decided to take to the skies and take part in a tandem skydive. Many of the team taking part had never dreamt of doing anything like this before therefore their courage does not go unnoticed.

The adrenaline junkies taking part are David Thomas-Walls, Emily Mathews, Vanisha Ranchhod, Andrew Vincent, Dan Maher, Kaitlin Wolfe and Scott Tandy. Assuming the weather plays ball the jump should take place on Thursday 28th September.

We believe no one should have to face a mental health problem alone and know how valuable it is to have C&W Mind here for the local community. They're on your doorstep, on the end of the phone, or online. Whether you're stressed, depressed or in crisis they will listen, give you support and advice and fight your corner.

C&W Mind are an independent charity who rely on individual donations and fundraising to support as many people as possible in Coventry and Warwickshire. We hope to raise as much as possible for this great cause.
