I am taking part in the Mindstep Relay 2024 to raise funds and awareness for suicide prevention.

The Mindstep Relay will run for an entire weekend from 26 - 28 April 2024. Each participant will be given a 1-hour time slot to complete an activity of their choice before passing the virtual baton to the next volunteer and so on for the entire weekend!

Last year the Relay raised thousands for this vital research. This year we hope to do the same again - thank you for your support.

The Mindstep Foundation has been established in memory of Max Davies, who tragically died by suicide in 2018.
