The Moore Family has been blessed to be associated with Camp Thunderbird for over 10 years now. This magical place has IMPACTED our lives in a multitude of ways that we could have never even imagined.

Camp Thunderbird has some of the coolest activities and traditions that a person could think of. Unfortunately, these activities cost a lot of money that not everyone is able to afford, but everyone deserves. Our goal with this challenge is to give every kid the opportunity to find the camp magic that the Moore Family has been blessed to experience.

As an Ambassador for the YMCA Camp Thunderbird 48 Hour Challenge, I am advocating for the children and families like Charlie’s who need us most. YMCA Camp Thunderbird has the power to transform children's futures - children become empowered, find their strengths and are given opportunities to reach their full potential. Many families simply cannot afford to send their children to camp, so let’s work together to give kids the chance to learn from positive role models, make friends, and experience the joy of summer.
