As may of you know, I grew up spending the best week of my summers at Sky Y Camp. In my late teens I had the honor (along with my brother, Craig) of being a camp counselor.

Sky Y camp is my Nirvana. So many incredible memories, lessons, reflections and lifetime friendships were made. And of course, when I became a mom, I took my three daughters back to Family Camp.

My dad and mom have some of their ashes scattered there.

This year I have the privilege of serving as the Chairman of our Board. As such, I am asking friends and family to join me in raising money to send kids to camp that would not otherwise be able to have the experience.

There are many studies showing the benefit of learning from the outdoors - particularly for mental wellness. The opportunity for kids to attend a week at an outdoor, sleep away camp is beyond reach for many families.

THAT 'S WHERE YOU COME IN !!

Last year we were ale to send almost 300 kids to camp !! We are hoping to surpass that number this year.
