As a proud member of the Head to Toe Charity team, I am excited to participate in the upcoming Santa Fun Run next Sunday! This event is not just about running, it's about supporting our amazing NHS staff who work tirelessly to provide exceptional care for patients suffering from both mental and physical health issues.

I have seen firsthand how hard our doctors and nurses work, and how much they truly care. By taking on this challenge, I hope to do my part in giving them and their patients a little extra help this Christmas.
