Every year we raise money by setting a daft challenge- this year we have a total of 2000 kilometres to cover .

So we are asking people to come to the gym and walk or run our 5km route. Each time someone completes the 5km route we knock that off our target.

These events are a huge help to the local charity which is something that we are very passionate about and feel like it should be talked about more.

The charity is “chrysalis” they raise awareness around male suicide and help prevent male suicide by providing workshops and events that anyone can visit and talk more about.
