Story

I am walking around the UK for 2 months 23rd May to 21st July to offer free Hatha Yoga classes and Tea Ceremonies. My intention is to create the opportunity to connect with people and speak about turning inwards to seek truth, to dissolve boundaries and open space for acceptance and peace globally.

I have chosen Isha Vidhya as the cause is very close to my heart, having been to one of their schools and seen the children. I am amazed at how well the schools function and how effective the money is used, to transform not just the lives of the children but that of their whole communities.

If you are able to donate following a classes or ceremonies I would be extremely grateful.

What is Isha Vidhya?
