Story
in February 2023 I was Diagnosed with T3 Prostate Cancer. This came as a massive shock as I felt reasonably healthy. In April I had an operation to remove the prostate and I have spend the last 4 months recovering.
1 in 8 men will get prostate cancer. If you’re over 50, or you’re black, or your dad or brother had it, you’re at even higher risk.Prostate cancer is not always life-threatening. But when it is, the earlier you catch it the more likely it is to be cured.
I am now back on a bike and although I know this will be a struggle I am determined to cycle London 2 Brighton as the start of my comeback ride.I would love to raise funds for this fantastic charity who offered help and assistance.
