Later this year I will be turning 30 years old and for this I would like to do something monumental and run across Scotland from Largs bay on the west coast to Portobello beach on the east coast roughly 125km apart.

As someone who has struggled with my own mental health I want to do everything I can to support anybody struggling with these issues. In the past two years I have fallen in love with running and it has changed my life so much having not only become physically fitter but mentally fitter too. Good Time Running Club has been critical to this in the past year or so and I cannot thank them enough for what they've done. Let's get out there, run until we can't run anymore and help someone in need!

Scott Hutchison, singer in the band Frightened Rabbit, died by suicide in May 2018. Since then, his family have been campaigning to improve mental health amongst children and young people in Scotland.
