I have the honour to be running the Royal Parks Half Marathon in London for Team Verrico on the 8th October 2023. Team Verrico are a charity who help young families, who are facing rare or hard to treat cancers, fight and win more tomorrows. They fund research into treatment and diagnosis and bring hope where there is none.

I used to run quite often, completing Marathons and Half Marathons for charity. I have not ran for some time after suffering from a rare neurological condition some 6 years ago. I am in a fortunate enough condition that I can still function well enough to maintain a full life where others who develop Transverse Myelitis are not so fortunate to do so.

Please give what you can to help support Team Verrico, every penny really makes a difference to the families who are in desperate need.
